Replacements - Returns - Refunds
We're sure everything with your Môn Furniture order will go smoothly and you'll fall in love with your new furniture the second they arrive, but mishaps do happen. In the unlikely event that you would like a refund or there is an issue with your order, please read the following carefully.
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us and we will refund you the purchase price, less any applicable discounts.
- Return requests must be submitted in writing within fourteen days of the delivery date, and products must be unused, defect-free, and in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging due to hygiene concerns.
- Once we have received and inspected any returned items, we will issue a refund, minus any shipping costs.
Returns Process
- Please notify us within fourteen days of delivery if you wish to return any items. We will require your order number, the model name and size of the item being returned, as well as the transaction date.
- You may return the products to our warehouse, or we can arrange collection for a minimum fee of £54, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Please note that this return policy does not apply to custom-made or special-order items, which may incur a restocking fee of up to 50%.
